Celia Imrie

We are delighted to announce a very special guest to round off our tenth anniversary year of celebration. On Wednesday 14 October, Celia Imrie will be coming to talk about her new book The Elegant Hustler: Adventures from a Life on the Move.

Celia came to our first festival in 2017 and since then she has written several books and of course starred in Celebrity Traitors.

Her new book is a love letter to adventure, friendship and the enduring joy that rewards curiosity. It’s all told with Celia’s signature wit and humour. The journeys may be long, but they are never dull, especially with her travel companion Fidelis Morgan in tow.

Please note this event is being held on Wednesday 14 October, after the Bookfest Festival weekend.

The venue for this event is Whitemans Green Sports Club, Cuckfield, where there is a bar.

Doors will open at 6.15pm.
