Discover the delights of this Edwardian Grade II* listed garden famous for its rare shrubs and trees in the company of the head gardener, Andy Stevens. Vanessa Berridge, renowned garden writer and author of the recently published Great British Gardeners will introduce her book which traces the history of British gardening through the stories of 26 key figures including Christopher Lloyd, Vita Sackville-West and William Robinson. Vanessa will be in conversation with Andrewjohn Stephenson Clarke whose great grandfather created Borde Hill garden.
The garden is two miles from Cuckfield. There is a large car park and a café for those who might want to arrive for lunch first. Please note the house will not open until 3.30pm. For more information, please contact us.
